"Hi, My husband and I switched State Farm offices from Cincinnati Ohio to Florence Kentucky and we are so pleased we chose Cindy Cason’s office. We were asked by Cindy to meet and get to know each other and we met Chris Jett. We began just getting to know each other and we went through our policies to see if what we have in our policies was correct and if there were any changes we wanted to make, we are very happy with our policies. We started talking about past claims and if there was anything that we had questions or concerns about them and Chris listened to us and the last claim we made we weren’t happy with the way it was finalized but we didn’t think that there was any more to be done about it. We talked with Chris more about it and he looked into it further and found that there was some confusion in how it was handled so he followed up with the claims department and in the end we were eligible for more money!
